One a one vs one basis... the math goes to Savannah obviously..

But as will all things, looking purely at the numbers in a vacuum doesnt tell the whole story. Like with water snares and saying mind freeze > other snares, while the math says yes... the sacrifice for takin it as the elite maybe no so much :P

Why's everyone keep saying Savannah "does more"? It doesn't unless mobs sit in it > 3 seconds... which is a rarity in HM assuming they last that long. Even at max damage, it is only ~40-50 more after 4 seconds and ~60-70 more than searing heat at 5 seconds due to 3seconds of burning @5 seconds. Plus you can't use an elite with it and 5 energy versus 10 energy under attunement+ aura of restoration/elemental lord is not that much of a difference (2 vs 5) due to the recharges.
